Dropping off and picking up
Guests with disabilities can be dropped off or picked up directly outside reception.
Please phone ahead on +44 (0) 20 7487 7540 to let us know if you’re planning on doing so. Our security team are happy to help you with getting in and out of the building.
Blue Badge parking
We have three dedicated Blue Badge parking spaces on site – one in the main car park, and two in the Acland Carpark. To use them, you must contact us to check availability beforehand and ensure your Blue Badge is clearly visible in your windscreen while you’re here.
To reach Acland Carpark, turn left immediately after driving over the bridge on York Road. At the barrier, contact security via the intercom (the button with a telephone handset on it) and tell them you wish to use a disabled parking space. Security will then open the barrier and advise you where to park. You will need to contact them again before you leave so they can let you out.
Alternatively, the Crown Estates have dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders just opposite the main carpark entrance, which are free for up to 4 hours.

While you’re here
Ground floor venues
Most of our event spaces are situated on the ground floor, and we can lay out ramps for any necessary steps. Reach out to our friendly team if you have any mobility issues you’d like to discuss.
Supportive seating
If you or any of your guests require supportive seating, like a chair with arms and back support, please let us know and we’d be happy to accommodate this.
Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)
We can offer Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) for visitors who may require additional assistance in the event of an emergency. Evac chairs are also available. Please let us know in advance if you need either of these.
Induction loops and large print
Induction loops are installed in many of our conference rooms, and we have a portable one if needed. We’re also happy to print forms, menus or any other printed information relevant to your event in larger font for those with visual impairments.
