Set within Regent’s Park, our corporate event spaces are easy to reach from across London and beyond. Baker Street Station and Regent’s Park Station are both within walking distance, connecting you to several major Underground lines and making travel simple for colleagues, clients and speakers alike.

Food and drink
Whatever the event, we’ll keep your guests fuelled all day long with high-quality, sustainably sourced food and drink – all sorted on-site by our in-house caterers, Houston & Hawkes.
Wellness packages
Adding one of our wellness packages – yoga, meditation, sound baths or mindful crafts within our tranquil grounds – is a fantastic way to put a memorable twist on your corporate event, helping balance busy agendas and re-energise your guests, all paired with nourishing refreshments.
Parking
We offer on-site parking for corporate events – a rare luxury in central London.
Our car park has 70 spaces, and parking costs £2.50 an hour on weekdays and £15 a day at weekends. We also have three dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders.
Event planning
Our experienced events team will be on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. We can help you plan the logistics, set up your spaces, offer creative ideas, and even organise any extras you need with our trusted suppliers – leaving you free to focus on your guests and objectives.

If you’re planning a corporate summer party, Regent’s offers five acres of private grounds set within a Royal Park, yours exclusively for the day.
York Lawns unfolds across four acres of manicured lawns beneath an ivory marquee, comfortably hosting up to 2,000 guests, while the Secret Garden’s acre of seasonal blooms lends itself to a more intimate celebration both complemented by flexible indoor spaces, should the weather turn.
From bespoke catering and entertainment to wellness touches such as yoga or guided meditation, every detail is arranged in-house by our events team, so you’re free to simply enjoy the occasion.

York Lawns
York Lawns is Regent’s signature outdoor summer party space four acres of landscaped lawns framed by historic architecture, with a grand marquee on hand for cover.
It’s built for scale: host up to 2,000 guests for a full summer party with live music, outdoor bars and street food stalls, or scale it back for a smaller celebration with space to spare. Whatever the size, the lawns are yours to configure around your event.

What corporate Christmas party venue options are available at Regent’s?
During the winter months our indoor spaces can be dressed for a corporate Christmas party for up to 140 guests, with catering and entertainment managed in-house.
Is parking available for corporate events?
Yes, on-site parking is available for up to 70 cars, a rare feature among corporate event spaces in central London.
How far in advance should I book a corporate event at Regent’s?
We’d recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for larger events or peak season dates, though we do occasionally have availability at shorter notice.

Yes. For a more intimate gathering, The Brasserie & Terrace or Bedford’s Bar offer a smaller, more social setting than our larger spaces, both well suited to drinks receptions, private dinners or a team get-together.
