The Knapp Gallery is a light and airy gallery space with a contemporary feel for up to 40 guests. Its large windows flood the space with natural daylight, offering picturesque views of the University’s gardens making it an ideal exhibition space. All year round the space houses ever-changing exhibitions, giving your gallery hire an extra dimension and guests an inspiring talking point. The floorplan of the room creates a natural break in the space – perfect for any event which comprises more than one element.

Small wedding receptions for up to 40 guests maximise the pleasant exterior surroundings and bright interior for a stunning intimate occasion. The large projector and cordless technology also offer a convenient set-up for corporate meetings and presentations.

The structural architecture of the room creates a perfect catering space that can be set up during a meeting or event with minimal disruption. Our award-winning in-house caterer, Vacherin, offers a range of fabulously innovative menus from which organisers can choose. From a working breakfast or networking lunch to a canapé and drinks reception or three-course sit-down dinner, our packages have options for all events and budgets. Alternatively, if you have something specific in mind, our chefs are always happy to work with clients to create an entirely bespoke menu.
