Indoor Private Party Hire Options

Available to hire for private central London events on weekends and outside of term times, Bedford’s Bar can comfortably host up to 120 guests. Starting from just £1,500+VAT, the stylish space is widely used for private parties and after-hours wedding receptions.

The versatile bar can be dressed up with additional lighting and the walls can be embellished with temporary artwork or photography for your party or wedding to create a more personal and bespoke environment.

Bar hire packages

Bar hire comes fully equipped with everything you could need to create a vibrant atmosphere and a memorable night. Various drinks packages are available with catering options to suit the style of the occasion along with the following facilities:

  • Bar
  • Kitchen
  • DJ booth including its own sound and lighting system
  • Chillout area with comfortable seating
  • Screens to relay photo reels or display holding images

Late night licence extension

Offering a solution to the noise limitations for outdoor events and weddings on the York Lawns at night, guests can make their way to Bedford’s Bar until 11pm as standard, or we can happily apply for a licence extension on your behalf to allow guests to party into the early hours.

Bar hire is often a popular add-on for outdoor weddings when it reaches that point in the evening when the temperature drops, the music gets turned up, dancing shoes come out and the drinks are flowing. The events team will gladly assist you in exploring the options for extending the alcohol serving hours for your special occasion.
