Getting to Regent’s Events

Dropping off near main reception

Please phone ahead to let us know if you are dropping someone off at the main entrance who requires assistance getting into the building. Our security staff may need you to wait a few moments while they come out to help. Contact +44(0) 20 7487 7540.

How far are you from the nearest tube?

We are an 8-minute walk away from Baker Street – visit our map for further information: https://regentsevents.co.uk/contact-us/.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, we have a public car park that charges £2.50 per hour or £15 per day at weekends.

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes, we have two dedicated electric car charging points costing 75p per kw.

 How do I get to the train station?

We are a 0.5 mile walk from Marylebone Station, or 1.5 miles from St Pancras Station, easily reached by taxi/Uber.

 How far away is the airport from Regent’s?

Heathrow, Gatwick and London City are all reachable within an hour via public transport.

 Are cycle racks available?

Yes, we have cycle racks in our main car park.

At The Venue

Do you have accommodation?

Although we do not have onsite accommodation, there are many hotels within a 12-minute walk from the venue – visit our HotelMap to view nearby hotels and prices: http://www.HotelMap.com/M9UYJ.

Is smoking permitted?

There is a designated outside smoking area within the grounds.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all delegates. On request

What time does the park close?

Is there a cloakroom?

There is a cloakroom onsite. An additional charge will apply for it to be staffed at your event.

Is medical assistance available at the venue?

Yes, our security team is first aid trained. We also have staff members who are first aid trained.

Is there somewhere I can pray during my visit?

Yes, we have two multi-faith prayer rooms onsite: rooms T202 and T203.

Are dogs allowed on the lawns during summer parties?

Subject to risk assessments and a limit on the number of animals allowed on the lawns, dogs are permitted.

Security

What are your current security measures?

We have 24/7 security based onsite.

What do I do if I see something that doesn’t look right?

Contact a member of the security team that are based around the venue 24/7.

Where is lost property located?

Any lost items retrieved by staff or guests will be kept in the security office.

Accessibility

Is Regent’s accessible for disabled visitors?

Do you have disabled toilets and changing facilities?

Yes, these can be found in the Darwin basement, which is accessible via the lift.

Can I bring my assistance dog?

Yes, we allow assistance dogs and have a designated area for their comfort and convenience.

Is there disabled parking available at the venue?

Yes, there are three dedicated Blue Badge parking spaces on-site and further nearby spaces on the Crown Estates just opposite which are free for four hours.

Do you have hearing assistance available on-site?

Yes, induction loops are installed in many of the conference rooms and a portable one can be made available if required.

Food & Drink

What food and drink options are available at the venue?

All guests are invited to make use of our Refectory, which serves hot and cold breakfast, lunch and dinner options, or our Brasserie for table-service with seasonal menus in a more formal but relaxed setting. Starbucks serves pastries, snacks and drinks.

Where’s the best place to get a coffee?

We have an on-site Starbucks outlet that’s open from 8.30am until 4pm on weekdays, and from 8am until 4.30pm on weekends. Our refectory serves coffee all week and guests are also invited to our Brasserie Café on weekdays which serves Artisan coffee.
