    Drinks receptions can be stand-alone occasions or a great way to split up a bigger event – offering a warm welcome for your guests, a refreshing break between activities, or a laid-back conclusion to the day.

    Food and drink

    From welcome drinks and canapés to bowl food and buffets, our inhouse chefs have got it covered. You can keep it simple with one of our food and drinks packages, or work with us to create a bespoke menu.

    Parking

    We offer on-site parking for drinks receptions – a rare luxury in central London.

    Our car park has 70 spaces, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking costs £2.50 an hour on weekdays and £15 a day at weekends. We also have three dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders – for details, visit our Accessibility page.

    York Lawns

    Up to 2000 guests

    York Lawns is Regent’s signature outdoor summer party space four acres of landscaped lawns framed by historic architecture, with a grand marquee on hand for cover.

    It’s built for scale: host up to 2,000 guests for a full summer party with live music, outdoor bars and street food stalls, or scale it back for a smaller celebration with space to spare. Whatever the size, the lawns are yours to configure around your event.

    The Brasserie Terrace is an elegant outdoor setting for summer entertaining, with the reassurance of an adjoining indoor space should the weather change. Enjoy drinks and canapés overlooking Regent’s Park, making it ideal for summer celebrations, networking events and corporate gatherings.
