Bringing wellness to your next event

Our unique wellness daily delegate rate (DDR) package seamlessly combines our award-winning event offerings alongside specially curated wellness experiences.

Created in collaboration with wellness event professionals Be In Your Element and in-house caterers Houston & Hawkes, our wellness DDR package provides you and your team with a selection of wellness activities designed to help attendees relax, refocus, and recharge throughout the day.

Whether it is a conference, meeting or team building day, we provide a range of wellness experiences to suit all needs. Enjoy guided meditation sessions in our tranquil Secret Garden or explore the stunning surroundings with a walk through our five acres of lawns and surrounding park.

For those seeking a more adventurous wellness experience, we also offer activities such as Lego walking, fire walking, and rap yoga, that will encourage guests to push themselves while also reflecting and thinking creatively.

Wellness Catering

Good food warms the heart and feeds the soul, which is why our catering options for the wellness DDR package have been specially curated by our in-house caterers Houston & Hawkes.

The Regents retreat menu offers guests the choice between a variety of different dishes, all created with wellness in mind. Enjoy homemade mixed salads such as paprika chaat or candied yam, or opt for delicious wellness bowls, with options such as Chinese Sichuan pepper poached chicken and Hokkaido-style torched salmon.

Good food also needs good drink, and our selection of smoothies have been crafted with ingredients designed to boost brainpower and keep you and your guests focused and feeling good.

Our wellness package

Our wellness packages are comprised of our wellness daily delegate rate, which gives you a full day’s access to Herringham Hall, our flexible indoor space that can accompany up 120 guests. Along with access to the space, its integrated PA system and our in-house AV support team, our wellness package includes a choice of up to three wellness activities throughout the day, including:

Breath Work: A guided session to help you reset and refocus through conscious breathing techniques.
Herbal Tea Bag Making: Craft your own herbal tea bags for a relaxing and aromatic experience.
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in calming sound waves that restore balance and tranquillity.
Yoga/Flow Movement: Gentle yoga stretches to release tension and bring awareness to your body.
Arts & Crafts: Unleash your creativity and relax with a hands-on, artistic activity.
Outdoor walk: Take in the beautiful sights and sounds on a walk around our private grounds

Please note that all activity timings can be adjusted to suit your schedule. Extra wellness activities can be booked for £30 per person for groups of less than 50 guests, or £25 per person for groups of over 50.

Catering from our in-house team Houston & Hawkes will be composed of a mid-morning break, a lunch break, an afternoon break, as well as some options on arrival. Prices for the wellness package starts at Prices for the Wellness DDR Package start at £152 per person for groups between 20 and 49 persons, with a reduced rate of £122.50 per person for groups between 50 and 110 persons.
