Regent’s is a great place to go for a change of scenery away from your usual office backdrop. Here at Regent’s Events, our goal is to make your day hassle-free by offering fully serviced conference rooms.
Central location
Being located within Regent’s Park means we’re easy to reach from all over London. Baker Street Station and Regent’s Park Station are both within walking distance, and are served by several popular London Underground lines.
Video conferences
We have excellent technology for video conferencing, so you can have hybrid meetings at Regent’s as well as in-person conferences.
The grounds
Our grounds are set within one of London’s most beautiful Royal Parks, and we have five acres of private gardens. In the summer months, they offer a refreshing change of scenery from the standard London conference room.
For large conferences or business events, a large marquee stands on the York Lawns throughout the season, offering shade from the sun and shelter from summer showers.
Food and drink
Our talented on-site chefs will happily prepare any food and drink you’d like, from hot drinks to hearty meals, keeping you and your guests fuelled throughout the day. It’s part of our commitment to making sure your conference runs as seamlessly as possible.
Our catering partner, Houston & Hawkes, are a fellow B Corp – meaning any refreshments you choose will be high quality and sustainably sourced.
Parking
We offer on-site parking for conferences – a rare luxury in central London.
Our car park has 70 spaces, and parking costs £2.50 an hour on weekdays. We also have three dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders – for details, visit our Accessibility page.

You can hire as many of our event spaces as you like at the same time to diversify your event with additional breakout spaces. We recommend booking as early as possible if you want multiple spaces.
If you’d like any extras, we have fantastic relationships with trusted suppliers, and we’d be happy to help arrange anything you need for your conference. On-site tech support is also available at an additional cost.
