Planning your event
Can I come and view the space in advance?
Absolutely! We’d love to meet you. Give us a call to arrange a visit so you can get a proper feel for our spaces and facilities.
Do you have on-site accommodation?
Although we don’t have on-site accommodation, there are many hotels just a short walk away, and you can easily access the city of London thanks to our nearby public transport connections.
What does the hire charge include?
Every space is different, so please speak to our team for specifics. Generally, our standard offering includes a large presentation screen and appropriate furniture for your event requirements. Our feature rooms also have integrated audio systems.

Where’s the nearest tube?

Is there parking?
Yes, we offer the rare luxury of on-site parking in central London. Our carpark costs £2.50 per hour or £15 per day at weekends.
Suppliers and catering
Can I use my own AV company?
Yes, we allow external suppliers such as AV companies to work with us. However, all risk assessments, method statements and delivery times must be communicated to us at least five days before the event.
Can I bring my own caterers?
We have our own award-winning in-house caterers, but in the summer months our grounds and marquees are sometimes available for dry hire – get in touch to find out when.
Can I use any supplier for entertainment, games and music for our summer party, or do I have to use one of yours?
You can choose your own suppliers, as long as they comply with our health and safety regulations and can provide all the necessary documentation to access the space before the event.
Indoor spaces
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Of course! We’ll keep you connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Can you livestream events?
Yes, we can usually livestream events from our feature rooms. You’ll need to provide a livestream account from Vimeo or YouTube, and there’s an additional fee for this service.
Outdoor spaces
Are there any rules for events on the lawns?
Due to Royal Park rules, we can’t play loud music after 10:30pm, and we always have decibel limits on music played in our grounds. Have a chat with us to discuss your late-night event options.
Can we have our wedding or civil ceremony outside on the lawns?
We’re proud to be one of the only London venues with outdoor space to hold your wedding. While your vows must take place in a licensed room, we’ve worked with the Registrar’s Office to devise a service which allows most of the ceremony to be outside if you prefer.
Is smoking permitted?
There’s a designated outdoor smoking area within the grounds.
Are dogs allowed on the lawns during summer parties?
Assistance dogs are welcome in all our spaces, but pets are not permitted. If you or one of your guests is attending with an assistance dog, please let the team know in advance.
