Every wedding is unique and personal to the couple, which is why we love designing bespoke wedding packages that encompass exactly what you want for your special day. Whether you’re dreaming of an intimate wedding hosted in our secret garden venue or a grand celebration taking place at the centre of London’s renowned Regent’s Park, we’ve got you covered. Sometimes, however, it can be difficult to know where to start – which is why we’ve created four wedding packages for inspiration, plus our venue dry hire option.

Each package includes:

Use of the Secret Garden for photos
Private menu tasting for two people
Arrival drinks reception – one glass of sparkling wine or one mocktail per person
Three canapés and three nibbles per person during reception
Half a bottle of house wine per guest
Toast drinks – one glass of sparkling wine or one mocktail per person
Unlimited mineral water and juices with reception and meal
Crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins
Poseur tables and bar
Table numbers and holders
Stylish crockery, cutlery, glassware and the use of silver cake stand, table, cake knife and easel

Tulip

Perfect for weddings for 50-80 guests, from £140pp including VAT.

This package includes the use of one of our beautiful indoor spaces as your wedding venue, sound installation for a DJ and speeches and a delicious, two-course hot fork buffet or three-course fine dining menu courtesy of our fabulous in-house caterers, Vacherin.

Bluebell

Perfect for weddings for 50-80 guests, from £160pp including VAT.

This package includes a choice of our beautiful indoor spaces – Herringham Hall or Tuke Common Room for your wedding venue, complete with professional sound setup for seamless DJ performances and heartfelt speeches. Plus, enjoy an exquisite three-course fine dining experience crafted by our esteemed in-house caterers, Vacherin.

Lavender

A perfect outdoor wedding venue in summer for minimum 100 guests, from £205.75pp including VAT.

This package includes exclusive use of the York Lawns, our private gardens within the royal park, and a stunning, ivory marquee. Couples can choose from a tasty two-course hot or cold fork buffet, or a barbecue.

Orchid

An ideal outdoor wedding venue for minimum 100 guests, from £218pp including VAT.

This package gives couples the gardens and marquee, as per the Lavender package, but with a sit-down, three-course meal.

Dry hire

We offer dry hire weddings on the lawns, on Sundays and Mondays outside of term time through the summer months.

The dry hire wedding venue package includes:

Grounds hire access from 7am to 12pm for contractors for York Lawns
Grounds hire for clients from 10am to 11pm
25m x 20m white marquee with 15m x 20m clear canopy extension
Full PA system with integrated noise reduction system and infill speakers, suitable for DJs or live bands (mixing desk required)
Pea string lighting and chandelier with spots gantry
1 security officer per 60 guests (minimum 3 guards)
Dedicated event planner
Access to interior toilets with dedicated toilet attendants
Cloakroom coat rails and racking for up to 300 coats
Furniture (see brochure)
Three 3x3m German-style wooden food stall huts
Modular 5m x 5m bar with refrigeration and back bar
Outdoor 3m wooden bar with lighting and back bar
