We’re excited to share our brand new innovative menus for the summer season, brimming with choices to suit all tastes and occasions.

Whether you’re organising a summer party, corporate event, intimate celebration or large outdoor wedding, our new menus are guaranteed to whet your appetite and tantalise your taste buds.  Combining the freshest ingredients from ethical suppliers and diverse menus from street stalls to fine dining, we have your event catering covered.  Our chefs are equally happy to create bespoke menus and find suitable solutions for dietary requirements so all your guests are happy and catered for.

Now the weather is getting warmer, our vibrant Street Stalls are increasingly popular, providing a ‘round the world’ culinary adventure.  Each stall offers a number of delicious meat and vegetarian options served with a selection of sides. Experience a ‘Taste of Greece’ with diced Romney Marsh lamb & mint souvlaki served with pitta and traditional Greek salad, ‘Brazilian Churrasco’ featuring garlic marinated spatchcock chicken cooked on the spit or savour a New York dirty mac’n’cheese complete with slow cooked pulled meats.  We have nine savoury street stalls to choose from and three dessert stalls offering doughnuts, fresh crêpes or mini classic desserts.  Not only do the stalls bring a colourful and lively fun al fresco element to your event but they also allow your guests to taste a range of different cuisines.

For early meetings, our breakfast menu offers everything from fresh fruit platters to traditional full English. Lunch diners can enjoy seasonal favourites with hot or cold bowl food menus, from Slow cooked Norfolk belly of pork to wild foraged mushroom, truffle and pearl barley. Healthy mezze style vegetarian favourites also include stuffed vine leaves, falafels, salads and flat breads.

Our mouth-watering two-course BBQ menus feature classic burgers, beer can chicken, chili and herb crusted white fish and chipotle field mushrooms followed by summer favourites such as Eton Mess or Pastel de Nata.  Hot and cold fork buffets include a large selection of dishes like rolled duck ballotine, Jerk rubbed sirloin of beef, mussels and cod coconut and tamarind curry and gnocchi with winter vegetables and slow roast vine cherry tomatoes, all served with a mix of salads and desserts.

Perfect for cocktail parties and drinks receptions, the myriad canapés menu offers tasty delights to accompany a refreshing jug of Pimms or sparkling prosecco.  Examples include pulled guineafowl, garlic cheese and truffle mayonnaise, seared tuna chermoula, artichoke and confit garlic arrancini and toffee panna cotta in a chocolate shell. Regents’ chefs also offer an impressive three-course fine dining menu where guests are delighted with everything from warm picked Cornish crab sabayon tart to Cannon of Romney Marsh lamb pie and Baileys crème brulée.
