Yes, we allow external suppliers such as AV companies to work with us. However, all risk assessments, method statements and delivery times must be communicated to us at least five days before the event.
Can I use any supplier for entertainment, games and music for our summer party, or do I have to use one of yours?
You can choose your own suppliers, as long as they comply with our health and safety regulations and can provide all the necessary documentation to access the space before the event.
Can I bring my own caterers?
We have our own award-winning in-house caterers, but in the summer months our grounds and marquees are sometimes available for dry hire – get in touch to find out when.

Yes, we can usually livestream events from our feature rooms. You’ll need to provide a livestream account from Vimeo or YouTube, and there’s an additional fee for this service.
Are there any rules for events on the lawns?
Due to Royal Park rules, we can’t play loud music after 10:30pm, and we always have decibel limits on music played in our grounds. Have a chat with us to discuss your late-night event options.
Can I hire multiple spaces at once?
Absolutely! Hiring several of our spaces is a great way to split your day up and create different moments. We recommend booking early if you have specific spaces in mind, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, even at short notice.
See all event spacesDo you offer parking?
Yes, we offer on-site parking – a rare luxury in central London.
Our car park has 70 spaces, and parking costs £2.50 an hour on weekdays and £15 a day at weekends. We also have three dedicated spaces for Blue Badge holders.
